Important note: Please be aware that the app contains images when logging in, which may cause a reaction in individuals who are photosensitive. However, you can easily turn off these images by visiting the "settings" menu and the "accessibility" menu on your device. Please note that this option is available within your device's settings, not within our app.
Keep track of your finances effortlessly. Our app allows you to quickly check your account balances and transactions, transfer money between accounts, send secure payments to others, and even make contactless payments up to £1000 without needing a card reader. You can also withdraw cash from an ATM without using your debit card.
Additionally, managing your bills is made simpler through the app. You can easily view details of Direct Debits and standing orders. If you need any assistance, our Secure Messaging tool enables you to contact us within the app for extra support.
Your security is our priority. With our app, you are protected by our secure banking promise, guaranteeing one of the safest ways to bank. We continuously monitor your account 24/7 for any unusual activity and provide refunds for any money that has been paid out of your account as long as you keep your security information safe.
You can securely log in to the app using your fingerprint, face recognition, or a secure passcode. Furthermore, there is always a confirmation step to ensure that you are making payments to the correct recipient.
Take advantage of our convenient features by applying for new accounts that suit your needs. You can directly apply for a current account, open and manage a savings account, as well as apply for a lending product, all within the app (eligibility criteria apply).
Manage your finances easily with our smart tools, including the ability to check your Credit Score, track your spending with budgeting features, lock and unlock your debit and credit cards, set up travel plans, store and manage receipts, and set savings goals directly in the app. You can even add your loyalty cards for easy access.
For important information that you need to know:
- The maximum limit for daily payments is £1000, with a maximum of 5 payments. You must be aged 16 or over to use this feature.
- You can withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours from our branded ATMs through our "Get Cash" feature. To use this feature, you must have at least £10 available in your account and have an active debit card (locked or unlocked).
- Fingerprint and facial recognition features are available on selected devices.
- Credit score information is available to customers aged 18 and above with a UK address. The credit score is provided by TransUnion and can be accessed through the app once you have opted in.
- The spending feature is only available for Personal and Premier Current accounts, and you must be aged 16 or above to use it.
- You can lock and unlock MasterCard credit cards only through the app.
- You can create one Travel Plan at a time for a maximum period of 90 days, covering up to seven countries. Each country needs to be registered separately. The Travel Plan applies only to debit cards attached to accounts managed via mobile banking and only in your name. Joint account holders should register separately.
- Receipt management is available to Business Banking and Premier customers only.
- The savings goal feature is available on instant access savings accounts.
- The "My Loyalty Cards" feature is available to customers aged 18 and above.
Please ensure that you grant the following permissions before using the app:
- Allow the app to communicate through your network.
- Enable location tracking to find your nearest cash machine or branch.
- To use the "Pay Your Contacts" feature, the app will need access to your contacts list.
